Troubleshoot errors during CSV Import

Duplicate identifier error

When you import using CSV Import, if the CSV has the field Test Case ID, the Test Management maps this ID to the Test Case ID field. If any Test Case ID in your CSV is already present in Test Management, the import fails because of a duplicate Test Case ID.

Resolution/Workaround

  1. If there are duplicate identifier errors, set the Test Case ID field to Ignore this field during the import.

  2. Click Proceed.
