Filter Test Cases

Advanced filtering in Test Management for Test Cases allows you to narrow down Test Cases based on specific criteria. It empowers you to identify relevant Test Cases quickly.

Follow these steps to filter the Test Cases:

  1. Select the Test Cases tab in the project dashboard. Select Test Cases tab on the left side navigation bar
  2. Click Filter at the top right of the screen. Click Filter on the top right next to the search bar

  3. Select the relevant test case folders under the Folder filter.

  4. Select the filter criteria such as:
    • State, Owner, Priority, Tags, Test Case Type, Automation Status, Requirements, Created and Last Updated to narrow your search.   Enter the fields you would like to use to filter the test cases
  5. Click Apply. Click Apply button to apply the filter criteria

You can see only the test cases that meet your filter criteria.

You can also filter Test Runs based on similar filter criteria.
