Project Dashboard - Defects Logged
Track and analyze defects logged associated with your project in the project dashboard.
Defects logged
Use the Defects Logged dashboard to view and analyze all the defects created across your integrated issue trackers, such as include Jira issues, Azure DevOps work items, or Asana tasks you have connected. The dashboard consolidates data so you can quickly assess project health, spot trends, and take action to resolve defects.
Key benefits
- Consolidated view: See all your defects in one place, regardless of which tool they were originally created in.
- Real-time updates: Whenever defects are added or updated in their respective tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or Asana), the dashboard reflects those changes in real time.
- Data-driven insights: View charts and metrics for your defects over time, letting you gauge overall quality and improvement areas.
- Easy collaboration: Since the dashboard pulls defects from multiple sources, everyone on the team has a single pane of glass for defect tracking.
Export defects logged as CSV
You can quickly download the defects logged data from your dashboard as a CSV file by selecting Export as CSV in the top-right corner of the chart. This option appears when you click the three-dot menu.
When you export data to a CSV file, it will include data for the same time period currently shown on your dashboard (e.g., the last 7 days, the last 30 days, or all time). This allows you to:
- Save your data: Store defect records offline for later use.
- Share with your team: Easily share defect data with colleagues.
- Analyze trends: Investigate defect patterns over time.
This works with issues and tasks from Jira, Azure DevOps, and Asana.
