Prioritize Critical Builds & Tests
Automate TurboScale Grid supports test orchestration by prioritizing the execution of critical builds and tests.
The Automation Grid created using TurboScale supports test execution in parallel. The number of tests that run in parallel is as per the concurrency configured using Automation Console(50 by default). The Automation Grid created also supports test queueing which helps you to schedule more test requests than the configured concurrency.
When the tests get queued due to either concurrency or available infrastructure resources, the grid will prioritize the tests according to their priority. These capabilities will help set priority on both the build and test levels. Use these capabilities to ensure critical builds and tests are given priority during execution.

- The capability buildPriority gets honored when multiple builds are pending in Queue.
- The capability priority gets honored when multiple tests from a single build are pending in Queue.
- If multiple builds with multiple tests are in Queue, the higher priority build gets priority for execution, and individual tests from the relevant build get scheduled for execution.
