Data Collection

The following data would be collected from the automation grid where the tests are running and presented to you for your results consumption, simplify the debugging process and maintain the grid:

• Test names, test case results, metadata around browsers, browser versions, and capabilities used to run the tests to be able to show the test results in our dashboard.
• Metadata around s3 or details for respective cloud provider test artifacts storage to link the relevant logs to the test results on our dashboard
• Information around browser automation grid utilization and metadata around the Kubernetes namespaces, clusters created as part of Automate TurboScale

By setting up browser test automation grids on Automate TurboScale, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of the above information to our servers in the United States. We will take all necessary measures to ensure the security of your personal information during transfer and processing. We will use your imported data solely to provide Automate TurboScale and will not share your data with any third parties without your consent.

Data retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for providing our Automate TurboScale services and for a reasonable period after the services have ended thereafter or for the duration of the entire shelf-life of Automate TurboScale, whichever is greater. This includes retaining and using your information for the Automation console and builds dashboard. We may also retain your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Data deletion

If you no longer wish for your information to be stored by us, you have the right to request that we delete your information. We will comply with your request on time, provided that we are not required to retain your information for legal or other legitimate business purposes. Please note that the deletion of your data may impact our ability to provide the product Automate TurboScale to you.

Legal disclaimer

Access to Automate TurboScale is provided to you for Trial purposes only. BrowserStack has the right to terminate your use of the product at any time for any reason. Features provided under this usage may or may not be a part of our final offering. BROWSERSTACK WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, DATA ARCHIVING, SERVICE LEVEL, OR SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS FOR Automate TurboScale OR THE CLOUD PROVIDER ENVIRONMENT USED FOR USING THE PRODUCT.

Consent

By choosing to use BrowserStack’s Automate TurboScale, you are deemed to have consented to the Data Collection, Data Retention, and Legal Disclaimer terms mentioned above that will supersede the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
