Frequently asked questions
Why is my Identity Provider not listed?
- You can use Open SCIM connector if your IdP supports SCIM.
- BrowserStack also offers REST APIs to manage users.
What do I need to do for existing BrowserStack users?
Once you have setup and enabled user provisioning, you will need to assign your existing user(s) to the BrowserStack app in your identity provider. This will allow these users to get synced with BrowserStack via SCIM. Once synced, you can control these users via BrowserStack app in the identity provider.
- Invite functionality will no longer work. So Invite modal will not be visible in the Account > Organization section. If there were any existing invites (that were sent before AUP was enabled, those invites will become invalid).
