Percy allows you to download the captured snapshot using the "Download new source" option present under the "Changes" dropdown. This option provides an HTML representation of the DOM you have tried to capture when running the test.
The said source would only consist of HTML DOM and styles (if they are set using inline styling). If you are using external styling, then you would not find those styles applied in the downloaded source.
