Why am I not able to see the device stream after starting a Live session when accessing BrowserStack from my Edge browser?

This may be due to a default setting on Edge which disables media autoplay. You may enable autoplay fully or selectively for the `browserstack.com` domain on your browser to enable auto-play of the session steam by following instructions: 

  1. Head to Edge settings menu & search for `Media autoplay' in the search bar above.
  2. In the resulting setting which shows up, either choose `Allow` to enable autoplay completely for all websites or add `browserstack.com` to allowed exception list (in case you have the autoplay setting set to `Limit`)
