If you do not see network logs or visual logs on the BrowserStack Dashboard after running an automation test, try the following:
- View the session on the BrowserStack dashboard in a browser other than your current browser. For example, if your current browser is Chrome, try viewing it in Firefox instead. This lets us identify if it is a browser-specific issue.
- Remove any extensions or plug-ins installed on your current browser and try accessing the dashboard.
- Delete cookies and clear the cache of your current browser.
- Log out of your BrowserStack account and log back in.
