I do not see network logs or visual logs on the BrowserStack Dashboard.

If you do not see network logs or visual logs on the BrowserStack Dashboard after running an automation test, try the following:

  1. View the session on the BrowserStack dashboard in a browser other than your current browser. For example, if your current browser is Chrome, try viewing it in Firefox instead. This lets us identify if it is a browser-specific issue.
  2. Remove any extensions or plug-ins installed on your current browser and try accessing the dashboard.
  3. Delete cookies and clear the cache of your current browser.
  4. Log out of your BrowserStack account and log back in.
