BrowserStack App Automate currently allows you to directly enable the dark mode only on iOS devices. For detailed information, refer to the our documentation on iOS device settings.
For Android devices, we do not have a direct capability to enable dark mode at the moment. As a workaround, you could create an automation script to automate the flow of changing the display to dark mode from the device settings during the session.
Note: Check this FAQ for Android devices that have access to the Settings app.
