How do I transfer ownership of my organization account?

The owner can transfer ownership of their organization account on BrowserStack. The possible scenarios are

1. Transfer Ownership to existing members of the organization
2. Transfer Ownership to an individual who is not part of the organization
3. Transfer Ownership when the organization has only one license
4. Transfer Ownership when the current Owner is not available
