Error - Duplicate snapshots

Learn how to fix errors related to duplicate snapshots in Percy

The duplicate snapshots error occurs when you use the same snapshot twice. In Percy, the snapshot name must be unique. If not, the first snapshot is considered and other snapshot with the same name will be ignored (if not using defer upload option ).

The only case where the same snapshot name can be used more than once is while using defer upload. This option is allows you to capture responsive DOM. The defer upload option is used in senarios where DOMs have different behaviour with varying width.
