IP Whitelisting
Certain network calls get dropped due to IP addresses not being whitelisted, resulting in the Dashboard not loading
error. In some cases, dashboards may load infinitely without any errors. Virtual Machines (VMs) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructures (VDIs) are particularly affected by this issue. To resolve this issue, whitelist the following IPs and retry logging into the dashboard:
- https://app-automate.browserstack.com*
- *cloudfront.net*
- https://fonts.googleapis.com*
- https://use.typekit.net*
- https://fonts.gstatic.com*
- https://assets.browserstack.com*
- https://app-automate-enterprise.browserstack.com*
- https://www.google.com*
- https://www.google.co.in*
- https://accounts.browserstack.com*
- https://accounts-enterprise.browserstack.com*
- https://enterprise.browserstack.com*
