Release notes for v2.6

The release introduces four additional advanced rules, enhancing our breadth as well as depth of coverage for WCAG 2.2.

SC 3.2.3 and SC 3.3.9 are now supported by the BrowserStack Accessibility Rule Engine. Please note that SC 3.3.9 has been newly introduced as part of WCAG 2.2.
