Release notes for v2.5

The release introduces two new advanced rules, also enhancing our breadth of coverage for WCAG 2.2.

SC 3.2.4 and SC 3.3.8 are now supported by the BrowserStack Accessibility Rule Engine. Please note that SC 3.3.8 has been newly introduced as part of WCAG 2.2.
