Data Collection

For providing “Services” under “Quality Engineering Insights”, BrowserStack would collect “Customer Content” from the tools integrated with Quality Engineering Insights. The Customer Content includes metadata related to tests, defects and issues from issue trackers, and relevant CI information which are required for this service to operate.

All Data used for Quality Engineering Insights including personal information will be subject to and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data used will solely be to provide the Services and we will not share your Data with any third parties without your consent.

Data retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for providing our Quality Engineering Insights services and for a reasonable period after the services have ended thereafter or for the duration of the entire shelf-life of Quality Engineering Insights, whichever is greater. This includes retaining and using your information for dashboards and metrics provided on Quality Engineering Insights. We may also retain your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Data deletion

If you no longer wish for your information to be stored by us, you have the right to request that we delete your information. We will comply with your request on time, provided that we are not required to retain your information for legal or other legitimate business purposes. Please note that the deletion of your data may impact our ability to provide the product Quality Engineering Insights to you.

Access to BrowserStack’s Quality Engineering Insights is provided to you for Trial purposes only. BrowserStack has the right to terminate your use of the product at any time for any reason. Features provided under this usage may or may not be a part of our final offering. BROWSERSTACK WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, DATA ARCHIVING, SERVICE LEVEL, OR SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS FOR Quality Engineering Insights.

Consent

By choosing to use BrowserStack’s Quality Engineering Insights, you are deemed to have consented to the Data Collection, Data Retention, and Legal Disclaimer terms mentioned above that will supersede the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
