Multi-Device Testing
Starting July 1, 2024, Multi-Device Testing will only be available in the Team Pro and above plans. Upgrade your plan for continued access. Currently, this feature is in the Beta phase and runs only on the Google Chrome browser. Since the feature is in Beta, you might experience some stability issues.
Testing your app on multiple device sequentially could be cumbersome, repetitive, and time-consuming. To improve productivity, you can use the Multi-Device Testing feature of App Live to run multiple test sessions of your app simultaneously on different devices.
Types of Multi-Device Testing
There are two types of Multi-Device Testing:
- Single tab: You can test your app on up to two real devices simultaneously in a single browser tab.
- Multiple tabs: You can test your app on up to two real devices simultaneously in two separate browser tabs.
Supported devices and browser
Multi-Device Testing is supported on SIM-enabled devices in both single tab and multiple tabs. Multi-Device Testing in a single tab is not supported on Vivo, Oppo, and Huawei devices.
