These are tough times and our hearts go out to those who have been affected by COVID-19, as well as their friends and families. Our priority is the health and well-being of our employees, their families, our customers, and communities.
Over the last nine years, we’ve grown to become a company with over 400 employees across 3 offices, and 25,000+ customers across 135 countries. We continue to focus on scaling our teams and our capabilities in order to provide you with the world-class experience you’ve come to expect from us.
These are unprecedented times—teams across the world have moved to a ‘work-from-home’ model. We’ve seen a corresponding increase in demand as Dev and QA teams move their test infrastructure to the cloud. We want to assure you that we will continue to meet our SLAs and uptime commitments. Over 2 million tests are executed on our platform daily on systems built with multiple redundancies to ensure zero disruption to your development and testing workflows.
To ensure optimum safety, we’ve successfully transitioned to working from home across our offices in Mumbai, San Francisco, and Dublin. We made this transition more than a week ago, on March 16, 2020. All our employees are equipped with best-in-class tools to ensure we can work effectively from our homes. We have built redundancy into all our critical teams such as engineering, customer support and customer success to ensure our SLAs are not impacted.
Similarly, our 14 global data centers ensure redundancy in the event that one region becomes unhealthy or goes offline entirely. Additionally, we are working with conference organizers, local meetup communities and our friends at events we sponsor to ensure that everyone gets through these hard times with minimal financial impact. As a preventive measure, we’ve stopped all business travel and have also asked our employees to restrict personal travel.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to run its course, we are focused on prioritizing not only your well-being but also making work easier for customers and the larger community. If you know someone who needs support during this time, please spread the word about our sponsored subscriptions for students, teachers, open source projects, and non-profits.
This is a difficult time for everyone, and we want to assure you that we are committed to providing you with a world-class, disruption-free experience.
Stay safe; we’re in this together!
