If you are using the BrowserStack SDK:
- Check if you’re using the supported framework SDK here.
- If using the supported framework SDK, check if you have the minimum stable version of the framework-specific BrowserStack SDK from this table.
- If you have the minimum version, and still your tests are not visible in Test Observability, set the testObservability capability as true in your browserstack.yml file.
Sample browserstack.yml:
userName: "YOUR_USERNAME" accessKey: "YOUR_ACCESS_KEY" buildName: "Your static build/job name goes here" projectName: "Your static project name goes here" testObservability: true
If you can’t see your tests in new dashboard experience even after following the above steps or if you are running tests without BrowserStack SDK, please contact support for help.
