Yes, you can update your billing details and based on the applicable local country laws, taxes would be calculated and charged on your invoices. If the country requires customers to pay tax on reverse charge, BrowserStack will not collect tax if a valid VAT ID, Sales tax or GST number is provided.
If you have purchased the plan directly from our website, you can update the billing details on our billing page (Owner only access). If you have an exemption certificate, kindly contact support and provide the same to avail the tax exemptions, if applicable
If you have purchased the plan through a sales representative, please contact your account executive to update your billing details to avail tax exemption, if applicable, from the next billing cycle.
