To zoom in on a website, using your laptop's mouse pad, click on the website on the mobile device, pinch with 2 fingers to zoom in and out like on a regular mobile device. Next, drag 2 fingers on the mouse pad to move around the screen.
When using BrowserStack Live, you could also navigate to Device Controls from the Live toolbar and use the Zoom options to zoom in and out of the device entirely.
When using BrowserStack App Live, use the zoom options on the Horizontal toolbar, to zoom in and out of the device entirely.
