How do I change the orientation from portrait to landscape on mobile devices?

On iOS/Android
When testing on iOS and Android devices, the dock has a ‘Rotate’ button to change orientation.
On Windows
When testing on Windows Phone devices, the options to rotate right or left are on a dock alongside the device.
