Support for selecting the browser version (Chrome/Firefox) or downgrading the same on our remote mobile devices is unavailable on BrowserStack at the moment. Currently, we support testing on different browser versions only on our Desktop OS (Windows and macOS)
As a thumb rule, the major version of Safari is always the same as the major version of iOS. If you wish to test your website on different Safari browser versions, you can achieve the same by testing on different iOS versions on our remote iOS devices wherever applicable.
For eg: Our iPhone 14 device with iOS 16 will have a Safari 16 browser. Similarly, iPhone 13 devices with iOS 15 will have a Safari 15 browser and so on
