[browserstack.local] is set to true but local testing through BrowserStack is not connected

You can set up Local Testing with BrowserStack App Automate using the following:

- Command-line interface

- Language bindings

Local Testing errors can occur due to the following reasons:

- Local connection was not established

- Local connectivity issues

- Incorrect credentials, incorrect local identifier, or the geoLocation capability set to true
